Jalapeño Vegan Mac and Cheese

Jalapeño Vegan Mac and Cheese

Jalapeño vegan mac and cheese arrives loud, creamy, and gloriously dramatic tonight. Tender noodles swim through spicy sauce like they own rent. You serve heat with elegance, obviously. Every forkful flatters your excellent judgment instantly. Smile sweetly, darling, while cautious people reach for water nearby again fast

Cook pasta just shy of soft so it holds sauce proudly. Blend creamy base until smooth, then add jalapeño slowly. Stir noodles well and taste bravely. Bake crumbs on top for crunch if desired. Freeze cooled portions airtight. Add corn, garlic, or herbs whenever cravings demand extra flair.
